    Statutory rape is nonsense if you ask me if it's two consenting people, but 21 and 16? He's building his life while her biggest worry is if her homework is done and if her nails are on point.

    For example 17 and 18 would still technically be the case in the crappy landpatch you people call the USA, but it's still normal if you ask me.

      Consulting? I think you mean consenting and a 16 year old is legally not able to consent to sex with a 21 year old, regardless of how she behaves.

        Depends on the state. In my state that would be legal, although I personally think that age difference and the circumstances make the scenario a bit unethical.

      Even if you dont think statutory is a big deal look at the age different. Hes over 18 and shes 16.
