Is it normal that i haven't had any social interaction in over a month?

Between a Calculus class, working at an internship 30 hours/week, most of my friends ghosting or moving away, and poor time management skills, the only social interaction I've had is with my mom and small talk with my coworkers.

It has kind of gotten to the point at which I don't even feel the need to socialize anymore.

Help us keep this site organized and clean. Thanks!

It sounds like you are overloaded with studies and activities. You should set apart some time to give to YOU. It's always wise to "pay yourself first" not just in money matters but in time as well.

Be careful please. Isolating yourself like that seems okay because you're doing lots of other things, but people really can't survive without close human interaction.

If you need it, try Tinder, or Bumble has a friend option.

Like, I use Tinder and I have my school listed and I only swipe people from my school. Its a nice, quick way to meet people.

i think its not normal to not have any social contact in over a month. what you can do to prevent your depression/lonelyness
is to invite some of your co workers or friends to your house for a drink on friday or go to a bar with them. the need to not socialize is a sign of depression and you should do something about it before it gets worse
