Is it normal that i have the habit of letting my mom put pills in my mouth?

I just got my period today and, as usual, I told my mom about it. As soon as I let her know about it, I came back into the house. After she found me laying on my bed with a heating pad on my lower area, my mom gave me a cup of water and two Midol pills. I didn't take the pills right away though, but my mom kept telling me to take them so I would feel better soon. I was just laying here and crying at the same time. This is because I wanted to do nothing but just exist and wait for the pain to subside. My mom checked on me a few minutes later and asked me if I took the pills. I told her that I didn't and that it still hurts. Immediately, she grabbed the two pills and asked me to open my mouth. I actually did (and she actually fed me the water too). This literally happens every time I get my period.

isnt this what most mothers do? i don't see anything unusual about this at all. why do you refuse to take the pills yourself? that part i don't understand, unless you are trying to get attention.

The whole scenario makes it sound like you enjoy being treated like a child when you're feeling miserable, and your mother enjoys mothering you. If you're both happy with this and it's become a monthly mother-daughter bonding ritual, that's fine.

Personally, I just want to be alone when I'm feeling unwell. So if you were my daughter, you'd get a dose of sympathy, an offer to get you anything you wanted that might make you feel better, and then it would be your responsibility to take the pills or not.

As far as Midol is concerned, you might find this interesting:

You're likely on point as far as the psychological situation goes. Your hellogiggles.com article isn't quite accurate. Anti -inflamatories aren't bad, but I recommend a strict regiment of raw oysters and THC to fix the pain associated with menstruation. That or female anal sex will fix the problem.

controlling cunt , isn't she. I guess she will abort your baby if she doesn't want you to have one. next time just say you took them and put them in her wine bottle.
