It’s because whenever an American spy movie director needs to show a villain is Very Evil they give him a Russian or posh English accent.

British people think they’re better than Americans (maybe not the British of IIN) but truth be told, we are sorta bread from the same cloth, and no one nationality is better than another.

I don't like the English either. I hate their accents and most of them think badly about Americans without even coming here anyway, just like most Europeans in general.
