There are parallels to be drawn with an individual's rationales for not having kids. They a drain on your resources both emotionally as well as financially & are of no practical use. They will drive you to the brink of insanity & break your heart more than once or twice. And it's ta-ta to your sex life as well.
Non-breeders get fed up with couples & their constant 'family chat' which to some is excruciating & identical to everyone else's familial stories. Parenthood turns happy, fun, exciting, solvent people into poverty-stricken dullards who look trapped, miserable & who's only break from the perma-bickering tedium is a fun packed trip round the supermarket (with the kids) for the weekly groceries. Oh & going to work.
If you are childless you dont understand. Passing on your genetics is a biological drive we all have, and children give us purpose. Raising the next generation is important and not just "a waste of time and resources"
IIN that I hate pet owners?

I'm very much against reproducing, and I respect people more who choose to never become parents.
Well put.
