Is it normal that i hate partying with my friends?

I have spent New Year's Eve in my hometown in Italy and I politely refused to go partying with my friends since they wanted to go to some shite EDM club and tbh they are just plain boring. They don't like drinking and would make me feel bad about having too much booze, all they do when they go out is show off their latest suits(and bowties, the newest fashion craze around here), not to mention the ticket was 50€! When I am in the UK I never pay more than 3£(5€) for entry into clubs, and they generally play decent music and the people just go there to enjoy the night and nobody gives a s***t about wearing suits and taking selfies. God I hate this town.

    Sounds like what happened to Austin, Texas.
    It went from cheap beer and drugs to expensive restaraunts and collared shirt clubs z

    Shits expensive in Europe. I can't believe the European Union hasn't done something about the inflation of the euro.
