Wow, that's interesting and I believe it. It kinda reminds me of this incident in which a woman got a tiny tapeworm that attached itself to the back of her eyeball. It got lost on its way to her intestines somehow, I believe. Dunno how big it got, those things can get to be over three meters long. Fortunately I don't think she had to get her eyeball removed. Pretty sad that glitter is more dangerous than a tapeworm, honestly...Medical science has seen worse days, I suppose.
