Is it normal that i grab the handle in the car?

When I'm in the car, without even thinking, I just grab the handle you grab when taking a turn or something, I don't even realize I do this until like a minute afterwards. I don't remember when I started this, I think I've always done it? It happens a lot though.

Are You Normal?

Is it normal that i grab the handle in the car?
