Ask Your Question today
Bad posture could play a role, as could the kind of job you do, does it involve a lot of lifting?
I work in the office so most of the time I'm at my desk writing reports.
Are you doing all the recommended things like positioning the keyboard near the edge of your desk and having a foot rest?
Foot rest? Well I do use the keyboard properly but don't have this said foot rest.
You can get plastic ones that tilt diagonally upwards so your spine naturally stays straighter. I had one when I worked in an office and it made a big difference to my back, see if you can find one on Amazon.
I actually might try buying one from amazon, thanks for the help.
IIN that i get sore backs at age of 21?
