  • Could be a variety of things. Get a bed thats actuslly good for you. Dont lift with your back. Do stretches etc.

    • I usually feel well rested after sleeping in my bed, so I don't think that's the problem.

      • it most likley is bed. Most beds don't align with our backs. Look into buckwheat its one if the best items you can get for your body. Aligns you exactly as needed and is all natural!
