That's quite a weird association between farting and rage directed at oneself, let alone growling.
I think some shrink somewhere would love to hear about it and work out why: do you have any idea of the cause and when it started?
It started last year after my hospital visit.
What was the visit for?
I had almost overdosed on my medication.
Deliberately or accidentally?
Accidentally, I hadn't eaten enough that day.
That's a worry: do you do that often? I hope not - if so you need to learn to look after yourself better
