That's somehow normal that you feel this way, but you shouldn't think any furthere. I guess he does that ever since they were younger and the fact that they still do such stuff only means that they have a close relationship as siblings? My brother does the same thing to me, it doesn't have anything to do with incest and all that crap. If you want him to do the same thing then show him that you're into such things? Try do something similliar to him to give him a hint?
