This reminded me of a stray dog we adopted in Italy who had obviously been abused by his previous owner.
He was very fearful of people, and every time a human went near him, his penis protruded. It was clearly nothing to do with sex, but rather part of his fear-response.
FWIW, I'm a straight guy, and I've never felt the slightest twinge of arousal around men who have some power.
Yeah, the same one. He had a lot of annoying habits. Given what we suspected his life before us had been like they were understandable, but still damned annoying.
