Is it normal that i find the library more enjoyable outside of school?

When I'm there leisurely, it always feels like a wonderland (I love reading and books) but at school for some research project...absolute hellhole.

    School has a tendency of taking out all the pleasure of learning.

    School takes the pleasure out of learning, because instead of learning for fun, you get judged with a GPA only used so colleges can know if you are "smart"

    yeah that's all about context. Outside of school you're there cos you want to be there, therefore you can enjoy yourself. In school you're there because you have to be there. It's a marked difference.
