Is it normal that i find the "do not interact" to be quite toxic?

It's good that people are against people that are actually rude, racist, sexist, pedophiles, TERFs, hateful towards LGBTQ+ people, etc., but to be sincere, most of the time DNI (Do Not Interact) lists seem very toxic and the people who make those lists can be really toxic too because they tend to cancel even innocent people due to harmless opinions.
