Its entertaining to see pools of blood coming out of people I can't help but laugh excessively about it especially when they get slashed, I love it when they gasp for air and then die from the slashing.
It really depends on some finer details
Like in horror movies, the dramatized reenactments? Or like bestgore kind of stuff, terrorist propaganda, real death caught on film?
Do you feel like you'll get pleasure at propagating the circumstances to see it in real life? Or is it more like your way of acknowledging your humanity or the hunter/prey nature of life? How would you define your enjoyment?
Is it philosophically engaging? Or is it more like a fiery sensation, do you sweat?

I used to enjoy horror movies, but I was never too much into straight up slasher movies, because it's kinda boring. Jason, and Michael Meyers are just characters I always wanted to shoot full of bullets. There are a lot of scary movies that just wouldn't happen if a few people had guns.
Just film them in gun free counties like England, Russia, or China. Body snatchers infiltrate the police force. The general public hides in basements trembling in fear. Illegal gun runners see potential profits by selling to both sides. Covert operatives identify a key link to bring down supply chain and propaganda machine. Bad guys riddled with bullets. World mayhem averted.
You know, that kind of shit.
