I used to be 310 lbs at my biggest (lost 40) & I did not give two shits how I looked then nor do I now, only lost the weight for health/athletic sports reasons.
You’re my case in point. No self respect or self esteem. And you lost weight for health/athletic reasons? Unless you’re 7 ft tall you’re still obese at 270 and as for athletics, you must be an NFL linebacker.

I'm 6ft3, around 25% or 20% body fat & still losing weight/gaining muscle. Will be 260 in a month or 2.

I wrestled in school, have been doing judo & ju-jitsu after school & am getting into MMA which is the whole reason for the weight loss because the only MMA Org. in my town doesn't have a super heavyweight division (265+lbs).
