Whenever I look at a woman that wears makeup, especially lipstick, I feel kind of grossed out at the idea of kissing her, even if she were otherwise attractive. I don't know precisely why it is that this bothers me, but I think it might have something to do with the fact that makeup is kind of oily, and some products are made out of disposed foreskins. It looks like it would rub off on you, in fact.
Even though speaking as a girl, I can see why you would in certain cases. However.
Girls wear makeup for different reasons. They want to impress others, want to feel good about themselves, have acne, or just want to do it just for the heck of it!
Also, girls who wear makeup tend to wear it in different volumes. For example, a girl will just wear foundation. A girl may just wear eyeliner and mascara. And a girl may wear a full face of makeup. But you know...there's just things we all have to live with and accept, whether it's your own self or others around you.
I don't mean to sound defensive, I just find it a bit ignorant to judge girls who wear makeup.
In my own opinion, I believe that people should be able to wear makeup if they please. For example, finding a trait about someone whether it's their clothes or their birthmark gross or disgusting is what it reminded me of. If you don't find it ignorant it's fine it's your own opinion.
I'm just talking from my own experience and what I went through and what I've seen in other people.
The whole production of makeup is a whole different thing that I don't know about personally.
That's fine, it is your opinion. But you called someone ignorant based on points they did not even make.
When did th OP say people shouldn't wear make-up? Why are you debating that?
Anyway, i agree that people should be allowed to wear make-up if they choose but that does not mean someone is ignorant for not finding that make-up attractive.
Yes, I did find an underlying point that I saw in the submission. I took it in the way that I saw it personally. I could've said, "No, makeup is not gross." But I didn't say that I think it's not.
Like I said, it's just from what my experience and my take on the appearance of makeup.

At no point did they say women should not wear make-up.
Your statement, "I just find it a bit ignorant to judge girls who wear makeup" directed towards OP is unfair and unwarranted. You're clearly oversensitive if you feel the need to jump in and defend womankind when there's nothing to defend against.
As a woman, and a makeup lover. Yes most men don't like it. But keep in mind not all of us go to walmart to get our makeup, places like sephora, sells makeup thats top notch, and with good ingrdients, not the nasty kind. I also find lipstick to be overated and gross. I never wear lipgloss around my bf or in that case lipstick. I try to keep it to a minimum. Not to mask my features, but i have hazel eyes and i like to make them POP. :)
