Is it normal that i feel this way about abortion?

I understand that no one has a right to tell a woman what she can or can't do with her own body. However, any woman who has an abortion makes me sick. I would never befriend or associate with a woman who would do this. I find it selfish and sick.

Many women would say that its their body and their right to do anything with their body that they want, and I would agree. You aso have a right to roll over on your back and defecate in your own mouth too, but why would you do such a thing? You have a right to kill an unborn baby, but why do that? You have a right to do a lot of idiotic things but why wouldn't you just use birth control?

That's a lot harsher than the majority of pro-life people. A lot of women who have had abortions actually regret it and are traumatized by it.

    • Which is one reason why I don't like it. I can see certain situations as warranted, but using it a a form of birth control is downright ludicrous to me. Just get some condoms and birth control pills! Things like that are free at any planned parenthood office or through the health department. Why kill?

I think they do it, because they are scared, desperate and think having a baby will ruin their lives. However, a vast majority of post-abortive women get a form of PTSD after having an abortion. An interesting thing is that they don't really start to come out of denial, come to terms with and look for healing from the trauma until an average of seven to ten years after an abortion. It's not worth the energy of hating post-abortive people, because in the end most of them suffer more than one can imagine. Of course the pro-choice camp is going to tout abortion as a consequence free solution to the issue of crisis pregnancy, which it isn't. Post abortive women are more likely to commit suicide than those who have never had an abortion, and they're more likely to develop breast cancer as well.

Humans have a nasty habit of thinking they know everything or nowadays thinking if it feels good do it. I am quite disgusted with people who talk about having sex without a condom all the time and how it's okay simply, because "it feels good". It's pretty messed up about how people think doing something that feels good is more important than doing the right thing. I think all humans are flawed and sinful though.

It's probably not a bad thing that Planned Parenthood gives out free condoms, but that organization is not really concerned with what's best for women either. Planned Parenthood sells the body parts of aborted babies, and it benefits them to encourage women to be promiscuous, because it's profitable for them. I'll probably get a lot of hate for knocking Planned Parenthood, but whatever. There are some excellent undercover videos of Planned Parenthood and the selling of body parts, but I wouldn't necessarily recommend seeing the videos as they are quite graphic and gruesome. The people who need to see the videos are the super pro-abortion femi-nazi types.

Anyway, if you happen to actually know some post-abortive people you can mention to them that the Roman Catholic Church has a healing program called Project Rachel and healing retreats called Rachel's Vineyard in some of the bigger Dioceses. If you feel strongly about the sanctity of Life I highly encourage you to join the fight for the rights of the unborn rather than hating the women who are survivors of this mortal sin.

        • By selling body parts, I assume you mean stem cells?
