I am currently going through this. I find a lot of guidance from the bible although I myself am not religious. Jacob Israel's video on youtube about the Plagues of Egypt set me in the right direction

Many people have suicidal thoughts, but why risk putting them over the edge? My brother committed suicide 4 years ago, and was only having " thoughts " until the day he did it. His girlfriend making just one smart remark pushed him over the edge. Be responsible bro. How would you feel if the op actually did it? My brothers girlfriend cant live with it. She feels guilty as hell and her parents had her committed for a while.

I think most people have thought this at some time in their life. It's a moment in time and you need to get professional help to help you over the hurdle. A permanent solution to a temporary problem. Life can be shit at times but you may have great things to come in the future.
