Is it normal that i feel like i look really ugly when i don’t sleep enough?

It’s weird like if only miss one night and sleep let’s say 3-5hours instead of 8 or so , I feel like that next day I look ugly, but then when I sleep 8 hours I feel really attractive. Anybody have this too? With just one night of little sleep?

    Yes, I also feel this way if I haven't been eating healthy or anything. Sleep is part of your health so it makes sense that you're just attuned to the changes in your face from not sleeping well. Although, I will say that no one else usually notices that much, or if they think that you look tired, they just think you look tired, not ugly. So don't worry about it too much.

    Makes sense. The sleepiness flooding your body probably doesn’t help boosting confidence or anything like that either.

    Yeah not getting enough sleep can make the skin dull and there's also the bags under the eyes.
