Is it normal that i feel like being watched by someone?

Hi there it's queen of cuteness and thank you for reading my post. Today when I came home from Jeffery birthday party because me and him are now friends. When I went to the party I felt like being watched but I ignored it and went to the party. So while I was at the party I didn't feel like being watched. When Jeffery drove me home we said goodbye and I gave him 500 dollars because it was his birthday gift. He hugged me and I went home but when I got on my porch I had that same feeling again so this time I went in the house and checked my cameras and nothing had happened. When I was fixing me some pasta salad I heard a whisper saying"I'll be watching". So I turned around and I saw nothing so I took a shower and called Jeffery to see if I can stay at his house for a week. He said sure. When I was getting my car keys I saw a black shadow and I had ran out the house. I went to his house and he said I was crazy. I said you might be right so after that I felled asleep in his bed. When I woke up he asked me was I OK and I said yeah. After that we both got drunk and watched the bye bye man. After that we chat and we did our separate things. Now he's on his computer and I'm on my phone. Is that a normal feeling?
