You need to embrace your sexuality as as human being.
I used to think the same way. I was raised with Christians, and our church said women shouldn't masturbate cause it was a sin.
Now am an atheist,
Because I realized I am a dirty pervert. ;)
Become comfortable with yourself, understand that everybody does it, and enjoy yourself!
