Is it normal that i feel depressed when i go to bed

After finishing up my video editing and such after a long day, I go to bed and my mood just drops. I listen to sad music and cry a little. I do perfectly fine during the day, it's just when I'm trying to sleep

Is It Normal?

  • it may be that during the day, you feel like you're neglecting things that would have bought your mood down if you weren't preoccupied with something already. and then at night when you have all to thoughts to yourself, the realizations hit you.
    i may be wrong, but wont hurt to take care of yourself a bit more :)

  • When you go to bed you no longer have distractions so that's normal. I think most people would feel happier being more mindful and not distracting themselves with the internet and other things so much. You discover a lot about yourself and how you're really feeling when you have no distraction and once you know that you can deal with it and get better. That's why meditating is good.
