I asked OP what type of porn she's watching and I do think that's relevant. If it's ordinary sex with no-one being exploited, brutalised or objectified I don't see the harm and if she's feeling bad after watching that type of porn that's quite different to feeling bad after watching violent porn.
I don't understand YOUR logic: it's common for people to do things (eat junk food/watch porn/get drunk/use drugs) which feel good at the time but have negative after effects. Surely that's obvious.
Why do you say it's impossible to get addicted from one taste? That happens all the time with all sorts of things: eg heroin and ice. You don't know much about addiction, which is almost always about continuing to do something not because it necessarily makes you feel good but because you feel bad when you don't do it, nicotine being the prime example.
