In my dreams I often rape various Woman who I do and do not know. I would never do such a thing in real life but it has been happening in my dreams while sleeping... They usually cry and beg me to stop but I keep going until I wake up feeling guilty. I don't want to have these sick dreams, they just happen to be there for what ever disgusting reason.
If you are tired of it, don't think of it. That mean either liking, disliking, disgusting. What ever these actions you make of it, make a intention to giving some attention on that idea. Your mind doesn't care about what's right or wrong when it comes to dreaming because your logical mind is not mostly active in dreams. What ever the memory has some attention conscious grab that and goes with it. While awake if you think about it, even to disgust it, you are still giving it some value, some attention. These attentions are getting triggers in dreams which you can't fix when that happens, and memory cycle it self.
If you want to stop it, you need to stop giving attention to it. Stop all including disliking it. Because that also gives a intention. What ever the thought, memory that you don't give any attention, eventually falls off. Those dreams will stop. It will happen eventually but not like now. If you having those like once a week that pattern brake may be to once in six months. And keep avoiding giving attention and it'll loose.
Imagine as a kid you see a horror movie and how many times you saw ghost in dream. But eventually when your attention is shifted from that movie to something else you stop seeing those ghost in your dreams.
