At first, I laughed at this. Then I thought seriously about it, and you may actually be on to something. Not the salt BS, but the stimulation.
It is well known that lactation increases breast tissue growth and breast size, and that stimulation of the breast tissue can/will bring about lactation - so theoretically regular massage of the breasts and nipples should tend to promote breast growth.

What made her Boobs grow is beyond my comprehension, but I assure you she has the biggest tits amongst all her siblings and there are four of them!
