  • *intercourse. Stupid iPod... But yeah, just because your hymen breaks doesn't mean you lost your virginity. Otherwise, a lot of little girls would have "lost their virginity" to shit like tampons. Bullshit.

    • No, there is no such thing as hymen. There is nothing to "break", it's a (unfortunately) long-lived myth.

Here's some helpful information for everyone:

      • Quote from the information I linked to above (but do read the whole text):

"Known by the established term “hymen,” the vaginal
corona is the subject of many myths and misunderstandings. The most important of these is the
notion that a woman’s vaginal opening is covered
by a membrane that ruptures on penetration. This
is incorrect. There is no such membrane."

So, no "popping your cherry", or "breaking the wall", remember!!

        • Dude are you crazy? Go to google images and type in "hymen", you can see tons of them. They exist.

          • Oh, so you believe Google and not the informative text I posted a link to above?

Google "unicorn" there's tons of pictures of them too.

Many of the illustrated pictures of vaginas with actual membranes that cover the vaginal opening are utter bullshit. If you look at real photos of vaginas of adult women you see no membrane, and if you see such a picture it's most probably a malformation that very few women have. An actual membrane that covers the opening is usually discovered at birth and surgically removed. Now, there is a so-called CORONA around the vaginal opening, which sometimes still is referred to as *hymen*. BUT as I said, there's no actual membrane (that many still believe) which you break through during first intercourse.
