    what i notice is that we want are friends and loved ones to text us and call us but when they dont we freak, but your not texting anyone or calling so they feel the same? now if you text them and they dont reply.

    Don't worry about it so much. And yes, I know thats easier said than done. I have anxiety, so I know its hard. But try to be positive.

    Restart your phone weekly. Unless its and iphone.... you'll have you check the procedure online. I used to miss 20 texts a week when I didn't restart it
