Is it normal that i don't feel like working out during my period?

I'm not on my period right now, but I know I'm going to get it soon. Whenever I am on my period though, I never feel like working out at all. All I feel like doing is staying at home, watching a movie, or doing anything else that is not strenuous. Like any other woman, I go through cramps, bloating, mood swings, sugar cravings, and stuff. So doing anything that involves a lot of effort is unappealing during that time. All I want to do is bleed peacefully on my bed or any place that is comfortable and not have to deal with crap. I even feel like a baby because pads feel like diapers.

Is It Normal?

  • I think that’s normal. Every woman experiences it differently, but I get very lazy when I’m on mine. Plus, moving is something I don’t want to do.

    I barely get out of bed when I’m on mine. Though, I hear exercise is good for that, I usually take some magnesium before it starts instead.

  • There's the massive need for hydrogen peroxide to take care of all the accidental leaks, lol. There's the crankiness. Don't ya just love hormones?? Ahhh!
