Is it normal that i don't feel like working out during my period?

I'm not on my period right now, but I know I'm going to get it soon. Whenever I am on my period though, I never feel like working out at all. All I feel like doing is staying at home, watching a movie, or doing anything else that is not strenuous. Like any other woman, I go through cramps, bloating, mood swings, sugar cravings, and stuff. So doing anything that involves a lot of effort is unappealing during that time. All I want to do is bleed peacefully on my bed or any place that is comfortable and not have to deal with crap. I even feel like a baby because pads feel like diapers.

I think that’s normal. Every woman experiences it differently, but I get very lazy when I’m on mine. Plus, moving is something I don’t want to do.

I barely get out of bed when I’m on mine. Though, I hear exercise is good for that, I usually take some magnesium before it starts instead.

There's the massive need for hydrogen peroxide to take care of all the accidental leaks, lol. There's the crankiness. Don't ya just love hormones?? Ahhh!

    Yeah, normal.
