They can only do that because they attack in groups. Best advice I can give you if you are a person of weaker stature who can't defend themselves with just their hands or a knife is to purchase a firearm and carry it if you expect to be going into any danger areas (conservative talks, conservative meet-ups, rep. Rallies/protests, etc.). That's where they generally like to harass and cause terror the most
I've seen far leftists and antifa people that can hurt someone physically all by themselves. And yeah, they have hurt even some tall and muscular people physically, and definitely all by themselves.
