Is it normal that i do the "think it, do it" exercise regimen?

Ive come up with a novel exercise program to get u fit fast. It's the "think it, do it" workout. Basically, if an exercise of any kind surfaces as a vision in your mind, you HAVE to complete the exercise how you envisioned it.

So, if you even remotely imagine doing lunges down a long corridor, you have to do it right then and now. If you think of pull ups, you have to do them. If you think of handstands, you have to do it. If you think of planks, gotta do it.

I don't think my idea is normal but, damn it's good exercise.

I should package it and sell it. New trend???

Ha ha.

So, am I the only one that does this?
