Is it normal that i cant sleep cuz i sleep 2 much?

The day before Yesterday i slept from 7 pm to 10 pm. Then again I slept for 3 hrs in the mid day. Now i just cant sleep in the night. Cant even close my eyes for too long. If i do, i feel restless. IIN?

Is It Normal?

  • Try to reset your sleeping patterns. You also should exercise or be more busy to make yourself more naturally tired by the end of the day. Try to aim to go to bed by midnight.

  • Id recommend taking melatonin about 30 minutes before you go to sleep ! It really has created normal sleeping patterns/habits for me over the past 7 years ive been taking it. Also limit napping during the day to a 1 hour nap or less, as that can also mess up your sleeping patterns! And this is completely normal , as you said you slept 3 hours durning the day , thats probably why! Hope this helped ! :)

  • Normal if you have stuffed up your sleep patterns. Of course you can't sleep at night if you've slept that much during the day - not rocket science.

    Try not sleeping in the day time
