It's called phimosis. I've been through it. See your doctor who will probably recommend circumcision. It can be embarrassing in your sexual life and could lead to other problems such as higher risk of infections and if forced something slightly different called paraphimosis.

If you can't pull it back...CUT IT BACK.

I can't pull mine back either and it never caused me any problems because I don't masturbate with my hands and never had sex.

You may want to see a doctor. It is not hygienic to be unable to clean that area of your body.

if you want foreskin go on line a look up dtr tugger. i use one how . and my foreskin has got longer . it really works. get your self one

It's not normal. But it's not necessarily a problem. But like boy1 said (excepting the photo part) if it's not causing you any pain it's probably not a big deal.

post a photograph ... if it hurts or you look weird while not doing it then it's not .. if no one can tell that you can something strange by seeing you then no harm's done .. people are born with weird stuff every day
