Is it normal that i cannot smile?

This is because whenever people try to show something funny I cannot smile.

I can't smile to someone not even one bit.

Is there something wrong that I am doing?

If it's a neurological thing where your brain just doesn't respond like that you don't need to force it. There are weirder things out there, like I have a teacher who cannot speak if someone else is speaking and the only way that manifests is that there's always a short pause before her turn to speak, doesn't mean she isn't smart or anything like that. If you're worried that people think you're being rude you could always answer verbally by saying "that's silly" or something like that instead.

I can’t because of the fangs.

Like you don’t smile because you don’t find it funny? Or you are physically unable to smile? If it’s the first one, you should probably just fake a laugh to not appear rude.
