The only time I get the urge to shoot someone in the crotch with a taser is if they are making unwanted sexual advances. Their shoe choice doesn't really have this effect on me.
"who told him it was cool..." Who told you it wasn't? Why is it okay for women but not men? Just be glad they aren't wearing socks with sandals.
