Is it normal that i can taste the inhaled smoke?

I forgot my boiling pot of pasta on the stove and let it burn. The kitchen was filled with smoke and I didn't realize it until I returned home after walking my dog. I somehow put out the fire and all through this, I was inhaling the smoke. Now, even after days, I can taste the smoke in the back of my throat and the smell when I breathe. How can I get rid of this?

Many factors to consider. Should go away pretty soon. Your body will cleanse itself by coughing and nasal drip

  • That happened to me when my car airbag went off the smoke and smell was a nasty toxic smell and even after new clothes a few showers I was still smelling it and thought I was just going crazy. Give it like 3 days.

Smoke some weed until the taste is gone.

You don't. It just goes away after a few days.
