Is it normal that i can't wear polka dots for this reason?

I can't wear polka dot headbands or shirts with only polka dots, especially if the shirt is red or I'm at a carnival or theme park that isn't Disney Land. I legit start to feel guilty. I feel like people will look at me and feel bad that they aren't at Disney Land. I felt horrible at Carowinds after I had this epiphany while wearing a fluttery polka dot red shirt and it just stuck with me.

    Former, very close, female friend could not wear stripes..She was short and petite, and always said they made her look like a pack of Bic pens..

    Just wear what you enjoy wearing. If you worry too much about how everyone else is looking at you try to remind yourself that you're not wearing polka dots for anyone else but yourself and try to be comfortable in your own body and in your clothes.
    I really doubt that most people A) associate red polka dots with Disneyland, and even if they do B) that they would be upset because of that association
