Is it normal that i can't seem to get a relationship off the ground?

Every time I meet someone nice, they just sort of seem to fade away after a few weeks or months. It always feels like I have to be the one pushing things along, and then once I let up even a little it all just falls apart.

I thought relationships were supposed to be about both people making the time for each other, not just me meticulously planning everything out like it's a second job.
