IIN that I can't memorize people's faces and names quickly?

Same, and its funny cuz people would say it's racist but I'm white and I can't even tell a lot of white people apart either. At one of my jobs there were these 2 white guy with the same haircut and it took me seeing them both at the same place to realize they were different people. And there is this blonde woman who I'm pretty sure I know her at my work, but she seems way nicer now so I feel like it might be a different person (blondes are the hardest for me to tell apart). I usually make up fake nicknames in my mind for people until I get their real names which takes a couple months.
