Is it normal that i can't be arsed?

I have this thing you call pilonidal cyst disease.
It can happen to anyone but it sucks that it chose me.

It's basically a boil that builds up under your skin right at the top of your buttcrack.
The pressure feels enormous and it ruptures on your inside and bleeds out of a tiny hole and builds up again.
It hurts when you sit, it hurts when you stand, it hurts when you lie down.
It's not fun.

I went to the doctor twice in a year and what he basically does is make an incision and then it all pops out. He did it both times and told me it won't go away until I get it operated. Google what that entails and I'm sure you won't blame me for not wanting to.

These days I can't be arsed because the doctor is expensive so what I did is I bought myself a penis pump and, just like 10 minutes ago, when it gets too much, I put the pump hole over my area and start pumping. It basically sucks out anything that's inside.

A ton of blood comes out and then I am left with a very snotty few clots hanging from the hole that I pull out.

Tonight was the biggest clot yet. The size of a halved cherry tomato.

I plead to anyone who has had this and cured themself to please help me.. It hurts so much
