Is it normal that i can not poop with my socks on?

So this one day I went to the bathroom and tryed to poop but i couldn't so I took my shoes and socks off and then I could so I can not poop with my shoes or socks on is that normal?

Is It Normal?

    If you hold it long enough, you'll be able too poop in any outfit

    oh my god yes i do this! like I need my feet to be naked when I poop lol. Its not something I preach, but I have always needed to do that.
