Is it normal that i can move the cartilage of my middle finger off the bone?

Since I can remember I have been able to move the cartilage of both of my middle fingers off the bone on demand. Like I can make it slide off the bone. I saw once on tv Guy Sebastion do it and I was shocked because I thought I was the only one haha can anybody else do this?
