    I have the same issues, I find it difficult to orgasm anyway but with another person it's impossible.

    It's only been a few months ago that someone finally managed it, they were my partner and I felt comfortable with them, plus I was sober.

    I think there's a few factors, but I'm convinced most of it is in our heads.

    I was like that too for a while. I just had my masturbation technique down perfectly. Since going without masturbation is kind of unrealistic, I just changed my technique.
