Is it normal that i can’t sleep

Every night, I go to bed at around 10 o’clock and then by 2 or 3 in the morning I’m still lying there unable to sleep. I’ve tried turning my phone off an hour before and reading before bed as well as not drinking coffee or tea at all and I still end up not being able to get to sleep for upwards of 2/3 hours. I’m not worrying or stressing about anything, it’s just that I can’t get to sleep. Because of this I’m always really tired (sometimes to the point of not being able to concentrate) throughout the day. How can I get to sleep quicker?

Find a nice, and boring book to read.

Take melatonin and then masterbate. Once your done masterbating go to bed and that's about how long it takes melatonin to kick in.

There are a lot of sleep remedies and pills. Find one that works for you. There are also podcasts that help you sleep.

Try watching Youtube videos before falling asleep until you reach the point where you can barely pay attention, at that point stop and try to sleep. You might also try having a light source on in your room. For some reason, I can't go to sleep when it's pitch black, even though I'm not afraid of the dark.

Don't. It's the worst thing to do.
Get away from screens at least 1 hour before bed, as blue light will only keep you awake.

What you probably have is a deregulated sleep cycle. Maybe try to go to bed earlier or going to bed around 2 or 3 am (when you usually fell asleep).
