  • That isn't normal or okay. Maybe it would help to cut out sugary foods because those can make your blood sugar crash, makes you hungry faster and is generally addictive, just don't buy them while at the grocery store. Write a shopping list and stick to it. Also don't starve yourself either, that will lead to overcompensating later and is not good in itself. Eat the nutrition your body needs. It may help to check on chronometer (or other nutrient app) what nutrients you are getting with each food and what you may actually need more of, you will (almost certainly) find you eat to many calories (and you need to be mentally prepared for that) but you already know that and its what you are working to fix.
