    I have no plans to have kids.
    Also it would only be mandatory for people who have fucked up. Not everybody.
    They should even offer $500 to get sterilized so all the crack heads do it and we don't have to pay for their welfare when they have crack babies.

      Yeah so what about the people that get help and turn their life around? They stop doing drugs and start contributing to society. Fuck all them right? No one gets any chances to make mistakes and learn from them. Lets punish them with taking away their chances of having a kid of their own and teaching them how their mistakes molded them into a better person. Lets just put all the drug heads and crazies on a deserted island and let them die. I see..

        I know several people who should not have kids.
        Some of them are tweakers who have already lost custody to the kids they already had and they seem to have no intention of getting their shit together.
        They should not have more kids.
