The fact that you have a physical body to interact with the physical world(you typing on a computer and posting this is proof) proves to that you are a not a ghost since ghosts are not physical and most ghosts aren't strong enough energetically to interact with the physical world.

I thought the same before. when i turn my night light on there is a shadow of me. but when i turn it off it disappears. So i guess its a switch of some kind and it turns on/off my ghostly abilities.
