    Leave Facebook and Instagram.

    Then focus on your own goals and ignore others. We are all on different schedules and comparison is the thief of joy.

      You know... I find it hard to figure out how people are still using Facebook, I mean, my Facebook account has been dormant since 2012. Plus, I've never used Instagram and I'm doing fine.

        Keep it that way. Social media fucks you up whilst tricking you into thinking that you’re having fun on it, it’s insidious.
