Is it normal that i act out daydreams?

I'll have intense daydreams where I'll be acting them out, I'll be 'talking' to the other people there and moving around like I'm actually there. It's a whole world I can get completely immersed in, I guess it's kinda like what children do, but I'm 25. Am I crazy?

I do the same I exact thing as I kid there would've times I did it for hours. Glad there's someone else, I barely do it now (in 21 btw) I naturally stopped at 19 but I've those daydreams improved my mental health soooooo much and helped get thru a lot. As long as their constructive and fulfilling I don't see what's wrong with it. Your basically doing what professional creatives do when they create works of art and literature.

    • Not missing time, but I completely zone out and when the 'daydream' ends I'm usually left thinking "wtf was I doing" lol
